The sheet metal flange feature consists of a face and bend connected to an existing face along a straight age.
Select whether it will be a width offset or from to flange in this example i am using the offset flange.

Here is the end result one flange has a 1 offset and the other has a 1 1 2 offset.
When creating a flange of an offset width you select only a single edge.
The flange command initializes with edge select mode active and you are prompted to.

You can select each flange glyph and change how much offset you have on each one.
Although you can typically select multiple edges when creating a flange using offset width you must only select a single edge.
On the ribbon click sheet metal tab create panel contour flange.
If there are two or more solid bodies in the part file click the solids selector to choose the participating solid body.
On the ribbon click sheet metal tab create panel flange.
Create a flange in sheet metal and specify the width of the flange.
Create a contour flange.
Select the glyph and a bend edit dialog comes up.
Create a flange and define its width as an offset.
