Remove the screen door if you have one. The increased difficulty occurs when the rollers installed on the screen door become worn rusted or caked with dirt. Place the screen doors safely off to the side until you are ready to put them back. Most screen doors use spring loaded rollers to keep the door from jumping off of the track.

Make clockwise turns with a phillips screwdriver to push the wheel outward and raise the door or use counterclockwise turns to retract the wheel and lower the door. Grasp both sides of the frame and lift the door up off of its tracks.
