Our shower doors are customized for your space so having a new one ordered fabricated and delivered could take up to 3 weeks.
How to install a new shower door.
Insert two pan head screws into the slots and tighten with a screwdriver.
Push the shower doors to the side step inside the tub and align the slots on the panel guide with the holes on the bottom track.
Install the door handles that come with the kit.
If your shower system is complex installation could take longer.
The final step is to move the doors back and forth to see whether the panel guide is working properly.
Place end caps on the tops of the wall channels.
Sort through the accessories that came with your shower door installation kit and remove all handles pulls hooks and towel racks.
Attach the seal strip to the bottom of the door and cut it to the required length.
Stabilize the assembly by drilling a pilot hole and driving a inch screw through the outside face of the base track wherever it meets a vertical frame member.
Attach these pieces using the included screws and hardware.
Place the glass clamp sweep into place on the door s bottom edge and secure it at the door clamp.
Install the door fixtures.
Give each a gentle tug to test their stability.
Align the outside door handle with the holes in the doorframe.
The other necessary tools and equipment are discussed in the next step.
These should come with the glass door itself the track pieces rollers and wall screws necessary for mounting the door on the wall.
Attach the interior handle and tighten the setscrews.
